The Role

We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to undertake growth marketing projects for to promote our products across the UK. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.

Your responsibilities

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to build our brand and generate leads in the hospitality sector
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, email etc.) using our HubSpot CRM Pro suite of tools
  • Help plan and execute brand and lead generation opportunities at relevant, exhibitions and promotional events
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with existing marketing agencies
  • Collaboration in promotional activities
  • Execute and coordinate sales enablement projects to support our growth into top tier hospitality venues
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Proficient in GSuite, MS Office and marketing automation software (e.g. HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro)
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline (desirable and not
