The Role

We’re currently going through an exciting stage of growth, which has led to the need for a Revenue Operations Analyst to be a catalyst in our mission to become a data driven organisation. Supporting different teams, this role is all about actionable insight, understanding the different data points we collect, and supporting our internal teams to harness this insight to spark action. Be it calculating our customer health, finding opportunities for growth in our accounts, creating automation, or enabling impactful conversations both internally and externally.

We’re looking for an analytical mind, who can help us harness data in a way we haven’t before.

Your responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of our metrics. Present metrics and corresponding analysis and recommendations to our different teams which can spark action.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to enable our teams to perform better than ever.
  • Support our commercial teams with data and insights, using analytic tools to identify key metrics to inform decision-making and maximise revenue.
  • Deliver actionable insights from diverse data sets across the customer life cycle.
  • Help define automation opportunities across the business both for our internal teams, and our customers.
  • Deal with ad hoc data requests from different teams to help us to react to sudden needs in a fast moving environment.
  • Create best in class reporting dashboards for each team, so we can understand how to improve
  • Help internal teams track OKR progress to ensure we’re always striving towards exceeding our targets

Key attributes

  • Highly Analytical
  • Experience using DOMO a big plus
  • Start-up/scale-up experience
  • A knowledge of SQL and/or related technologies
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
  • Happy to get your hands dirty
  • A strong communicator who can help us make sense of data
  • Self starter with initiative to own a brand new role
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
