The Role

Our aim is to give every one of our customers the best level of service possible. From the very first interaction through to them becoming an evangelist for theUp.co and our products.
This role focuses on the post-sale customer journey and the team that immediately covers that. You will be responsible for leading our customer success team and ensuring that we, as a business, deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.

As well as the day to day team management you will also be responsible for building scalable processes, developing a winning strategy that keeps customers engaged and ensure the team exceeds target.


Your responsibilities

  • The day to day people management of the Customer success team. Conducting 1-2-1s with individual members and coaching them on how they can continue to grow and improve.
  • The building and evolution of scalable processes to ensure that we can keep up with demand whilst still delivering 5* customer service.
  • Creating the playbook on what outstanding customer success at theUp.co is.
  • Source and recruit new team members as we scale. Maintaining the culture of theUp.co and finding and hiring the top 1%.
