The role:
We are looking for a proven, passionate Head of Sales to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in helping us achieve our ambitious growth goals following our Series A fundraising. The Head of Sales is responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, optimising and expanding the sales team and working cross-functionally to ensure the Sales vision is achieved.

Main responsibilities:
- Own the overarching Sales strategy, associated OKRs and financial model
- Own the Sales metrics; setting, tracking, managing and course correcting towards clear targets
- Devise and establish inbound and outbound lead funnels - testing, iterating and developing the approach where needed
- Implement appropriate Sales models, processes and procedures to ensure the team are organised through scale
- Devise and oversee a range of Sales initiatives across the full spectrum of venues from Enterprise to Field sales
- Develop a suite of Sales collateral and comms across a range of channels
- Lead, and be part of, sales and pitch meetings
- Oversee the strategic use of the CRM to ensure the full value is realised
- Recruit, develop and foster a high performing and well-functioning team
- Create the framework for the team’s success by setting cadence, training, development, coaching and reward structures.
- Champion collaborative ways of working and build synergies across teams including Marketing, Success, Customer Care and Product

Skills, experience and qualities:
- 5+ years experience of technology/ SaaS sales to the hospitality sector
- Enterprise-level Sales experience
- Management of SDR and BDE functions
- Track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles, methodologies and processes
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strength in problem solving and issue-resolution
- Strong interest and ability to coach others
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a metric-driven environment
Ideally:
- Experience working in a start-up/ Series A+ environment
- EPOS/ order to table products
- Knowledge of Hubspot
- Experiencing running a remote/ geographically distributed team
- Experiencing of launching in markets outside of the UK
