Our aim is to give everyone of our customers the best level of service possible. From the very first interaction through to them becoming an evangelist for theUp.co and our products. This role focuses on the initial stage of our post-sale customer journey, ensuring our customers are onboarded brilliantly and set up for future growth. You will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, Customer Success and Operations) to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and help our customers to reduce their time to first value, before making a seamless transition to their Account Manager.
This position may require occasional travel. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and have a track record of meeting targets, we’d like to meet you.
