The role:
We're looking for a Field Operations Executive to join our fast-growing Projects team; you’ll play a central role in ensuring our venues are serviced and supported. ServedUp provides hospitality venues with the tools to serve customers fast via our mobile order, pay and EPOS solutions. ChargedUp is the largest mobile phone charging network in Europe. This is a cross-functional role, predominantly supporting in-venue with ServedUp, but also supporting ChargedUp. Note: this is not a Monday-Friday role, you'll be working weekends, bank holidays and some weekday evenings too.

Main responsibilities:
- Check-in visits to ensure all hardware and software is performing
- Troubleshoot and run diagnostics when issues/ errors are discovered
- Liaise with the internal teams (Customer Care, Product, Tech) to resolve issues
- Manage in-person comms with venue staff to ensure they are informed at all times
- Replace and set up hardware, when required
- Visit venues to on-line charging stations, top up batteries, redistribute batteries and distribute promotional material
- Engage venue staff to inform and educate them about the ChargedUp proposition
- Ensure the stations are located in the best places within the venues - and where this is not the case - liaise with venue staff

Skills, experience and qualities:
Must have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to speak with a variety of people; from venue staff to the internal team
- The ability to work in a structured, process driven way
- The ability to complete tasks in high-pressure situations whilst remaining calm under pressure
- The ability to understand technology - both hardware and software - and not be phased by it (note: full product training will be provided)
- Own transport (bike, scooter etc) to navigate between central London venues

- Prior knowledge of/ experience with the hospitality industry
